Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the Apartments "Ronja" and "Felix"


The following terms and conditions essentially represent house rules and describe the booking and payment process. By booking you accept the terms and conditions of the holiday apartment you chose.


Booking and deposit

To make a booking we need the first name, surname and age of everyone arriving, as well as a full address and telephone number. You will receive a booking confirmation from us by email, which states the price of the stay, the deposit amount and the total amount. The total price is the price of the stay.


Deposit

For short-term rentals, a cash deposit of €150.00 is required. For long-term rentals, the deposit amount is calculated individually.

The deposit must be paid in cash before arrival. The deposit will be refunded no later than 14 days after your departure. Please leave a PayPal- or Bank-account.


Smoke

Smoking is not permitted in the apartments.


Final cleaning

If you undertake the final cleaning yourself, the apartment must be left as clean as you found it. This includes wiping under the furniture. If the apartment is not left immaculately clean, we will charge you a cleaning fee of €20.00 per hour. We will take care of the final cleaning for you for a reasonable fee. So You can be sure that you will not face any additional claims. As of today, the cost of final cleaning is €75.00.


Liability

The tenant and his accompanying persons are fully liable for any damage caused to the inventory and the holiday apartment. Please report any kind of damage immediately to the landlord or the person appointed by him. You will receive the relevant telephone numbers upon your arrival.


Early departure

In the event of an early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the rental price. However, we will endeavor to rent “FeWo31” to someone else and offset the income accordingly.


Price reduction

In the event of a short-term failure of furnishings, public supplies or due to force majeure, there is no entitlement to a price reduction. Please inform the landlord or the person appointed by him immediately of any defects in the holiday apartment.


In any case, the guest grants the landlord a period of 24 hours to correct the defects. Later complaints will not be accepted and cannot be taken into account.


House rules

Under certain circumstances (in emergencies or imminent danger) it may be necessary for the landlord or a person appointed by the landlord to enter the holiday apartment without the guest's knowledge.


Cancellation of the contract

If the rental agreement is violated in writing, the landlord can terminate the rental agreement without notice in the event of a repeat violation. The guest must leave the holiday apartment immediately, at the latest within 12 hours. There is no entitlement to a refund of the rental price.


Ticketing

The deposit amount is 25% of the price of the stay. The deposit must be paid within 7 days of booking confirmation. Payment of the remaining amount is due 4 weeks before arrival. Please transfer the invoice amount to the account specified in the booking confirmation, stating the booking number and the note “Ferienwohnung FeWo31”.


Cancellation by the tenant

In the case of a confirmed reservation, we must be informed of any cancellation at least 65 days before arrival. Otherwise we will request partial compensation of the entire stay price. After we receive the cancellation from you, we will immediately try to find other guests for the corresponding period and offset the proceeds against the cancellation fees. We recommend you get travel cancellation insurance.


In case of cancellation the fee is:

within 65 days before arrival: € 50.00

within 45 days before arrival: 50% of the price of the stay,

within 7 days before arrival: 100% of the price of the stay.


Arrival and departure

The holiday apartment “FeWo31” is available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival.
The holiday apartment must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
